Free return/exchange within 30 days
Under the following conditions, our company ( online and offline dealers) supports a Free return/Exchange within 30 days.
● When there is a quality problem with product
● When the product function fails
● Online: contact the customer service of the purchasing shop and provide the order number.
● Offline: Contact offline businesses and provide proof of purchase.
After receiving the returned product and confirming that the product is true, the seller will return the refund.The refund cycle shall be subject to the processing cycle of the payer.
Delivery costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
● Exchange can only be allowed when product are Non-human factors.
● Only the same type of product can be exchanged, other exchange requirements need to be negotiated with the seller.
● Exchange of delivery costs should be borne by the user.
When entrusting warranty service, please inform the order number to confirm the product status.
New products purchased through regular stores can enjoy warranty service, and modified or second-hand products is not covered by warranty term.
The following are not covered by the warranty:
